T2B skills Workout

T2B for 15 min:

10 banded stick hollow hold pull downs
10 wall ball supported low back leg raises to bar hanging on low bar - ass on the ground
3x3 point raises with kipping - 1 tuck up + 1 knees to armpits + 1 straight leg raises
