Do 5 sets of 8 Broad jumps. Rest as needed between sets. Focus on technique.

Do as many rounds and reps as you can in 15 minutes of the following:
1. Kettlebell swing (24 kg KB) 5 Reps
2. Tuck jump 5 Reps
3. Push-up 10 Reps
