Super Totem Burpees Workout

With partner: you go, I hold.
Partner 1) Super Burpees : (Scissor Lunge, Jump Squat, Regular Burpee)
Partner 2) OH Plate Hold - while partner completes super burpees
Together) Plank high fives 10/ (stays the same always)

Start with 1 Super Burpee each, add 1 rep each time through.
***If trainer catches you both resting/slacking - you are sentenced to a 0.06 penalty curve run (which will hinder your amrap score)
