Super burpees with dumbbells this time. 10-25lb'ers. (Lunge,lunge,squat jump, sprawl, push up to renegade row, pop up to full thruster)
Climb 1-10 reps (you go I go, with partner)
Partner 1 does DB Super Burpees
While waiting;
Partner 2 holds Plate (20-55lbs) overhead or plank if you must take a break.
Remaining time in class.
