3x5 Goblet squat (40kg dumbbell)
3x5 DB press (16, 18, 16kg)
5x3 DB clean (20, 22, 22, 25, 25kg)

(I'm not trying to sound cool using kg. That's the measure on the dumbbells, and I'm too lazy to convert it)
