Hand release push-ups

Snatch 5 set of 3 reps @ 50% 60% 70% 70% 70%

Snatch pull 3 sets of 5 reps @ 80%
115/115/115
Overhead squat 5 sets of 5 reps @ 60% 70% 75% 75% 75%
65/75/95X/45(10)/45(10) for the last two since I fail at 95 lbs I did ten reps with just the bar. The heavier weights were killing my wrists.
