Every 2 mins x 6 sets alternating btw:
A: 5 strict chin up with 2” pause on top each rep + 20” hollow Hold
B: 3x ( 1 wall walk + 2/2 sh. Taps )

Chin up scaling : 3 (weighted) negative chin up, 10 Single ring row, sup. Grip with 2” pause on top
