  1. 3 x 20-30 sec Wall-facing handstand hold
  2. 5 x 1 Handstand kiss the wall (kick-up)
  3. 2 x 10 Alt. Scissor kicks (wall-facing)
  4. 2 x 10 Alt. Scissor kicks (wall-facing, with bench)
  5. 2 x 10-20 sec Handstand hold (perpendicular to the wall or freestanding)
