1a) Low Incline DB Bench Press w/ (2-0-X-0) tempo - 3 x 10 @ slightly heavier weight than you used last week
1b) 1-Arm DB Row w/ (2-0-X-0) tempo - 3 x 10/arm @ slightly heavier weight than you used last week
. . . 1-2 MINUTES REST B/T ROUNDS. . .
*This week, the reps on these two movements have decreased from 12 to 10, so use a weight slightly heavier and more challenging than what you used last week for both movements. Again, our emphasis here is on the 2 seconds down tempo each rep. Do not use a weight that is so heavy that you cannot keep the 2 seconds down tempo every rep. After each set of Low Incline DB Bench Press, go immediately into the set of 1-Arm DB Rows. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.
