1a) Deadlift w/ (2-0-X-0) tempo - 3 x 10 Touch and Go reps
1b) Hip Flexor Mobility x 5/side b/t sets of Deadlifts
*Rest 2 minutes between sets. Just like the previous two Deadlift days, our emphasis is on using the heaviest weight possible while maintaining the 2 seconds down tempo each rep and performing touch and go repetitions throughout the entire set.
