Strength Workout

Daily Complex:
1x [ 1 Pause Power Jerk + 1 Power Jerk ]
Build up to a heavy set in 10-12 mins.
3"pause in the bottom of the dip and 3" pause in the receiving pos. as well, second jerk is normal

then:
every 45"x 6 sets

A: 1 Power jerk 3"pause in dip @90%-100% of the heavy set
B: 1 Power jerk 3" pause in receiving pos. @90%-100% of the heavy set
