Strength Strength

1) EMOM X 10 Minutes:

  • Minute 1 - 1-Arm Alternating DB/KB Snatch x 5/arm @ 30-53/15-35 lbs. (use a heavier weight than what you used last week)

  • Minute 2 - DB/KB Thruster x 10 @ 25-53/10-35 lbs.

    • On the Thrusters, pick a weight that you can maintain for the duration of the EMOM. Go lighter than you think you need to and dial in form and technique.
