10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
5 Bar Muscle-Ups or Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups
Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Begin each round with the Burpee Box Jumps. Sub Jumping Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups as needed.
