3-5 Drop Snatches
3-5 High Hang Muscle Snatches

2 sets @35-50% of 1RM Snatch:
3-5 Snatch Deadlifts + Shrugs (relaxed arms, no arm pull)
3-5 Hang Snatch High Pulls
