In 10 minutes build to a heavy 1 rep snatch. 115 lbs
Rest.
In 10 minutes
Amrap
30 double unders
15 power snatches (75,55)
I can't yet to double unders so I had to do 3x singles. I got 3 rounds + 50 jumps in 10 minutes
