Skilllls EMOM x 5 (15min)

*1-5 MU or strict chest to bar pull up
*3-5 tempo kipping HSPU
*30 sec weighted hollow hold (eg. 5 kg plate on the legs)

Tempo Kipping HSPU: Descend slowly (count to three while descending). kip up. Scale to box HSPU, while keeping the tempo the same.
