Skill development: Handstand Hold

  1. 3 x 1 Wall walk + 10-20 sec wall facing hs hold
  2. 3 x 10 sec single leg hs hold back the wall pos. ( other leg in tuck pos.)
  3. 3 x 10 sec straddle pos. back the wall
  4. 1-2 mins HS hold balance accumulation

Scaling : every 90 sec
5-8 pike push up
10-20 Piked compression
