Seated Dumbbell Side Raise + Seated Barbell Shoulder Press (behind neck):
- 9kg x 10 (each arm) + 40kg x 7
- 9kg x 10 + 40kg x 6

Barbell Upright Row + Dumbbell Front Raise:
