10 Squats
10 Kettle Bell Sumo Deadlifts with 97 lbs KB

Mobility:
Pain ball on gluteus

Front Squats @ 95 lbs
Burpees
Pull Ups

I cruised through the front squats, did well with the burpees but just stared at the pull up bar for what felt like an eternity each time I got to that exercise.
