20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
10 Handstand push-ups
Then,
Run 800 meters
Subbed 55 lb DB Swing
First attempt made it 40 Burpees into my second round at 19:00 and got an EMS call.
Second Attempt after lunch, completed at 28:57
