1600m Rest 3 minutes x 3-4 sets
Effort level: 8/10 Pace: 10,000m Ideal surface: Flat road
Notes: Consistency is the key with these sets. Do not push the pace too hard, settle in to your estimated 10k pace (or slightly slower) and focus on solid breathing and recovery between sets. Keep walking on your rest periods especially if you’re in cold weather.
