Running Bear Complex Workout

5 rounds of Bear Complex with runs:

Each rounds consists of 1 set of bear complex plus a 400m run. Bear complex is:
1 power clean
1 front squat
1 push press
1 back squat
1 behind the neck push press

Perform 5 continuos sets of the above without letting go of the bar then run 400m. Do this for 5 rounds increasing weight each round if possible.
