In teams of 2 complete 3 rounds of the following (1 person runs, whilst other does stomach work):

  • 200m run (14km/h)
  • max reps hands to feet crunches (in time it takes partner to run 200m)
  • run 200m
  • max reps feet to hands leg raises (in time it takes partner to run 200m)
