  4. All fours breathing stacking 3 breaths per rep x 5 reps x 2 sets
  5. TRX Rotations x 3 breaths per rep x 5 reps x 2 sets
  6. Wall T-spine rotation x 3 breaths per rep x 5 reps x 2 sets
