Push-ups + Cindy Workout

For time:
40 sit-ups
8 rds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats
40 sit-ups


Did all 40 pull ups without bands! I did kipping pull ups and I was pretty proud of them. I did the first 10 push-ups on my toes, but the rest of them were on the knees. Time was 16:55.
