PURE WOD 5.22.12 Workout
Group Warmup
WOD - "CHELSEA"
30 minutes, every minute on the minute:
-5 Pull-ups
-10 Push-ups
-15 Squats
Completed 25 of the 30 rounds (maybe 26, but I'm not sure, so I'm going with 25), switched to jumping pullups at 20 minutes. Arms started to give out around 12, fought through for a while but switched to push-ups from knees around the same time as jump pulls. Off day...it happens though.
