10 Bench Press at 155
5 @ 185
AMRAP at 225 - 7
5 sets at 185 AMRAP - 10, 7,7,7,7

10-1 Ladder on Pull Ups, 9/1, break, break, break, 6-1 was fine I think

Push Ups on DB's - 5x10
Curls - 4x8 @ 60# Bar
Cool Down with bike spinning and 5 sled walks @ 105#, and a little more spinning
