* 10 second samson stretch
* 10 push ups
* 10 OHS (95,125,145)
* 5 pull ups

WOD:
3 rounds for time:
* 15 Chest to bar pull-ups (did chin to bar)
* 20 Burpees
* 95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 15 reps

not feeling good today. ended up calling some dinosaurs in the bathroom after the wod.
