Skill:
1) EMOM for 5 minutes:
2 Snatches (full squat) @ 80%
Then, when the clock hits 5:00-
2 minute AMRAP of:
Snatches (full) @ 80%
*only 2 attempts per minute during the EMOM portion
WOD:
6 Rounds for time:
3 Handstand Push Ups
6 Power Cleans (155/105)
9 Lateral bar burpees
