PSKC Comp Class - 2.18.13 Workout

EMOM X 10 (alternate between movements after each minute, so you'll do each 5 times) :

A) 2 Clean and Jerks @ 75%
B) Max Effort unbroken muscle ups (if you fail to get one, switch to 2 rope climbs each minute)
