Pressing Helen Workout

Pre-WOD:
- Work Up to a Heavy Set of 3 Push Press

WOD - 3 RFT:
- 400 Meter Run
- 21 DB Push Press
- 12 Burpees

40# DB on this workout. Battled on this one ... not rested, warm up alone crushed me but worked through it to finish :)That is what it is about.
