Set 1: 3 @70% of Power Snatch
Set 2: 2 @75%
Set 3-5: 1 @80%
- Rest 2min bte sets
- Pause in the power snatch receive for 1sec and then descend down into overhead squat. Do not stand between snatch and overhead squat.
