Set 1: 3 @60% of 1RM Power Clean
Set 2: 3 @60-65%
Set 3: 3 @65%
Set 4: 2 @70%
Set 5: 2 @72-75%

  • Rest 2-3 mins btw sets.

Blocks are to be set so that the barbell is just above knees. Reps done as singles.
