Man, I was excited about moving some weight today! Then I attempted the 155 Hanging Power Clean...I suck! First round was tough, then got stronger for each consecutive round. Broke down to 135 and then 115 before even starting..as clock was ticking.
Need to start doing a round prior to the WOD beginning to loosen up my back.
