Post CF Open 12.2 WOD Workout

Filled with a mixture of disgust and satisfaction with 12.2, several of us decided to stay and punish ourselves a little more.

Warm Up:
None … we just finished Open WOD 12.2.

Mobility:
A little light stretching

MetCon:

5 Stone to Shoulder (STS)
30 Double Unders

Did great on the STSs but DUs just take me forever.
