10. Wall ball @12/9kg
11. Ski (cal)
12. OHS @60/40kg
Round 1. 1 D-ball clean
Round 2. 1 D-ball clean + 2 Burpee box over
Round 3. 1 D-ball clean + 2 Burpee box over + 3 Power snatch.....
