Odd: 30-45 sec. Kettlebell Snatch R (24/16 kg )
Even: 30-45 sec. Kettlebell Snatch L (24/16 kg )
Rest 2 minutes

Odd: 5-8 Ring dip
Even: 8-12 “Commando” Pullup
