300 Double-unders
180 Calories row
120 HR push-ups
120 CTB pull-ups
60 Weighted burpee-box-overs 20/15kg (for both hands)
60 DB. ground to overhead 20/15kg (for both hands)
*Work must be divided equally between team members.
