Pause Back Squat Strength

3 secs pause at the bottom of each rep.
Set 1 – 85% – 3 Reps
Set 2 – 85% – 3 Reps
Set 3 – 85% – 3 Reps
Set 4 – 90% – 3 Reps
Set 5 – 80% – 3 Reps
