3 rounds:
2 min AMRAP:
burpee + 20/10kg hold over head
2min AMRAP:
squat + bottom of Goblet squat
2min AMRAP:
pull-up + V-sit hold sitting on a plate

you can switch as many times as you wish, but both exercises must be performed at the same time. E.g. if you need to lower the over head hold, burpees need to stop.
