Air Squat- 50 reps
50 Ball Slams- 50 reps
Pistol squat (each side)- 25 reps
Pull ups- 50 reps
Walking Lunges- 50 reps
Push ups- 50 reps

Only one partner can work at a time.
Partners can break up reps between them as desired.

Time cap 20 minute.
