Partner WODzilla Workout
In pairs, you will alternate 5x50sec (10sec rest for writing up scores and switching places) AMRAPs of these two couplets:
1) 10x Clean @40kg/25kg and 10x Thruster @40/25kg
2) 10x Wall-ball and 10x Burpee
So both of you will do 5 rounds of each, 10sec rest in between sets - just switch as fast as possible. Write down your reps on the scorecard after each 50sec.
Score: your own total reps (you will have separate scores).
