4 x Squat Clean @ 90/60kg
5 x Strict HSPU
10 x Pistol Squat (alternate)
15 x Kipping Pull-Up

  • Both run stairs same time. Alternate reps on the clean, then alternate sets on the HSPU, Pistol and Kipping Pull-Up
