As a team complete 100 reps of each of the following exercises. Alternate between partners for rest as needed:
135 lbs bench press
45 lbs overhead squat
toes to bar
dips
27:50, order of difficulty for me: toes to bar, dips, bench, squat.
JD and Kent smoked us by about 5 minutes
