Partner Wod 22.5 Workout

One person works, the other one is in the plank position. Only one person can work at any given time. After each completed section 3 runs up & down a hill.

100 Burpee Box Jumps
100 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift (24kg)
100 Front Squat (40kg)
100 Pull Ups
