Partner 1: 200m Skillmill Run
Partner 2: 10 Thrusters 40/28kg
-straight into-
Partner 1: 250m Ski (OR Row)
Partner 2: 10 DB Box Step Overs @2x15/10kg , 60/50cm
-straight into-
Partner 1: 50 DU
Partner 2: 10 Burpees
Flow: Both work at the same time. Switch stations when each partner completes their movement. Move to the next station once each partner completes both movements.
