Station 1= Kneeling slamball slams
Station 2= Box overs (get over the box, two feet on and two feet off)
Station 3= Battle rope slams
Partner Up! You go, I go. Climb the ladder.
2-4-6-8-10... (aka P1 does 2 reps, then P2 does 2 reps then P1 does 4 reps etc.)
