*One partner will Complete the set of 10 DL, while the other partner will hold their barbell at the top of the DL position, then switch. Continue down the ladder alternating until all reps are completed by each partner.
*If the bar DROPS from the DL hold before the set is complete, both partners will STOP and complete a 5 BURPEE penalty
