Partner Conditioning Workout
Partner Workout, IGYG- style:
AMRAP 60:
500m Row / Ski or 1000m Assault Bike
15 KBS (US) 24/16kg / Push-ups / Abmat Sit-ups (alt. each round)
- Switch partner after each full round
- Flow: Partner A completes the reguired meters on the machine of your choice and then 15 reps of KBS. Partner B then does the same. Next round after completing the machine, athlete must do 15 Push-ups and so on.
- Score: Total rounds + reps in the comment
