"Over and down" Workout

EMOM 24 minutes of:
1. 5 Handstand Push ups
2. 10 Toes to bar/ Knees to Elbows
3. 15 Box Jump Over Step Down

Handstand Push Ups can be subbed with one wall climb with chest to wall,
or 5 heavy DB/KB Push Press.
Scale up by doing 5 reps from deficit.
